Robert joined the All-Party Parliamentary Group on General Aviation (APPG-GA) to launch its new Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Jobs and Skills working group.
Launched by the APPG-GA’s Ambassador Carol Vorderman, the STEM Jobs and Skills Working Group will educate Parliament and Government, carry out research and propose policy designed to further the aims of promoting high-tech STEM related aviation jobs throughout the UK.
Robert said: “I welcome the creation of the STEM Jobs and Skills working group. The aim of the working group to propose policy to further high-tech jobs is not only good for the economy of West Oxfordshire but also the protection and growth of UK aviation.”
