An APPG is an informal group of Members who join together to pursue a particular topic or interest. It is essentially run by and for Members of the Commons and Lords, although many groups involve individuals and organisations from outside Parliament in their administration and activities.
I am delighted to have been elected as the Chair of the APPG for Small and Micro Business and I have founded and chair the APPG for Community Transport. I am also RAF Vice Chair for the Armed Forces APPG and the APPG for Cycling.
I have become a member of many groups, but some are more active than others - look out on my News section for the latest updates. Please feel free to contact me if there are any particular APPGs you would like me to become more involved in which I am not currently a part of.
