Robert said, "I was pleased to join patients at one of our key practices in Witney to celebrate the NHS' 70th birthday. A wonderful, positive event and I would like to thank the organisers, and I was pleased to contribute a small prize for the raffle.
"I would like to pay tribute to the hard work of all NHS workers in West Oxfordshire - including doctors, nurses & support staff who help our services run, in Witney and Chipping Norton hospitals, and our GP practices."
