The Prime Minister has today announced that the data supports moving to Step 3 of the Government's Roadmap on easing restrictions.
This means that from Monday 17th May:
🏡 People will be able to see their friends and family indoors - subject to the Rule of Six or the meeting of two households
🍻 Pubs and restaurants will re-open for indoor service
📽️ Cinemas will re-open
🏨 Hotels, hostels, and B&Bs will reopen for guests
🎭 Theatres and concert halls will re-open
🏟️ Sports stadia will re-open subject to capacity limits
😷 Pupils will no longer be advised to wear face coverings in schools and colleges
🏘️ Care home residents will be allowed five regular visitors and greater freedoms to make low-risk visits outside of their home
✈️ The ban on international travel will end and people will be able to travel to green list countries
