On Wednesday, Witney-based charity Open Doors UK launched their 2020 World Watch List Report, raising awareness of the persecution of Christians around the World. The event provided attendees with in-depth research and analysis into the 50 countries where Christians face the worst persecution. Speakers from the Middle East and southeast Asia also shared first-hand accounts of the challenges faced by their communities.
Speaking after the event, Robert said: "I was pleased to support Open Doors today in launching their World Watch List Report that highlights the dreadful persecution faced by Christians in every corner of the globe. The UK is a beacon for freedom and tolerance - and we must always champion freedom of religion across the World."
