Robert said: "It was great to finish my Volunteering Week by taking part in the Thames WaterBlitz campaign, launched by FreshWater Watch, which encourages citizen scientists to collect nitrate and phosphate measurements in local rivers.
"The local campaign is supported by Wild Oxfordshire and I was pleased to be joined by Windrush Against Sewage Pollution and the Berks, Bucks and Oxon Wildlife Trust on the banks of the River Evenlode and Windrush to collect some useful data that will help us to better support our local natural environment."
