Robert said: "I enjoyed a wonderful visit to Kingham Primary School on Friday, a truly superb local school in an idyllic West Oxfordshire setting.
"The pupils were very engaged during my 'How Parliament Works' assembly and I was pleased to be joined by the whole school to plant an apple tree, replacing the one which blew down in high winds earlier in the year.
"The apple tree is a symbol of the pupils' concern for the environment - and I am very grateful to everyone at the school for presenting me with a bottle of the school apple juice!"
