During Business Questions, Robert emphasised the importance of infrastructure upgrades occurring before - not after - new homes are built. In West Oxfordshire, this means ensuring increased school and GP provision, as well as delivering upgrades to the Cotswold Line, the A40, and local transport more generally.
Speaking afterwards, Robert said: "I will continue to pursue this matter at all levels of government to ensure that developments such as the Oxfordshire Cotswolds Garden Village bring benefits - not detriments - to local communities."
