Speaking afterwards, Robert said: "Pleased to hear from the Education Minister this afternoon that the introduction of T Levels is progressing well.
"It is so important that we place greater emphasis on practical skills to ensure that there is a clear route to success for all our young people, including those with a less academic bent, whilst at the same time ensuring that industry is able to access the high-quality skills it needs locally.
"I look forward to working with Ministers and our local employers to shape this vital policy in the months ahead."
