Robert is glad that the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government are reforming the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) to help build homes in the right places, at the right price and in keeping with their surrounds. However, as he put to the Secretary of State, Sajid Javid, these must be built at the same time as the roads, schools, shops and doctors surgeries that help create a community. Building houses without the infrastructure with it will negatively impact our local area.
