Councils have been granted a full judicial hearing regarding the Oxfordshire CCG's Phase One consultation on the future of healthcare in Oxfordshire. This phase was rushed, poorly researched and did not present residents with geniune choice.
At the Royal Courts of Justice yesterday, Mr Justice Fraser agreed that a full hearing into the changes needs to be held by the end of the year.
This is another great step forward for the fight to ensure that vital services remain open, and any changes are fully justified.
