A care home in a West Oxfordshire village had a party to celebrate its brand new look. Middletown Grange Care Home, in Hailey, near Witney, underwent a major refurbishment over a 10-week period. Staff, residents and their families joined Witney MP Robert Courts and the town’s mayor at the centre on May 25.
