I was pleased to be invited to see the Covid-19 vaccination team at Windrush Health Centre this afternoon. Really positive atmosphere amongst everyone here and it was great to see everything operating efficiently and rapidly.
The team here are doing a truly amazing job and are on track to meet the NHS England target of offering the vaccine to everyone in the top four priority groups by 15th February.
If you are in a relevant priority group you will be contacted to receive your vaccine as soon as possible. Please do be patient and, when you are contacted, I encourage you to come forward and help protect yourself from this virus.
I am incredibly proud of the NHS staff and volunteers here in Witney and across West Oxfordshire for everything they are doing to protect local residents and help our country overcome this pandemic.
