Robert Checks Out Witney Town Centre's COVID-Secure Plans

Robert said: "It was great to join West Oxfordshire District Council Leader, James Mills, for a socially-distanced walk around Witney this morning to see the measures that are being put in place ahead of shops reopening on Monday. Well done to everyone involved - the one-way markings will help to ensure shops can reopen safely and people can shop with confidence.
