Robert today joined the National Farmers' Union at the launch of their new anonymous rural crime reporting line, in partnerships with CrimeStoppers.
Robert said, "Rural crime is on the rise, and it is a serious issue for farmers, businesses and those who live in the countryside. It is vital that those who are responsible for rural crime, from fly-tipping and hare coursing to livestock and machinery theft, are brought to justice. This new phone line is a quick, easy, anonymous way for people to report and give information about rural crime, and I think it will have a positive impact in West Oxfordshire."
