Robert has attended Rural Vulnerability Day and picked up a copy of a report on rural services. 

Robert said: "This report contains some really useful information on broadband & mobile connectivity which, in the modern world, is a vital utility that should be provided for even in our most rural areas. Determined to make sure West Oxfordshire continues to lead the way on this."
