Funding Announcement for the Witney Leys in the Chancellor's Spring Budget

For Witney the Spring Budget has brought some very exciting local news.

Courtside Hubs CIC which runs our wonderful The Coffee Shed Witney on the Leys has been successful in securing funding through the Community Ownership Fund.

I am beyond pleased that following the team’s hard work and my campaign to support their application, it has been successful and they will be given the funding to - improve the facilities on the Leys and encourage sport and well-being in Witney.

Courtside are one of 98 businesses across the UK to be awarded this funding under the Community Ownership Fund. The funding will transform the area around the Leys and I look forward to continuing to support the team with their plans!
