Flood in Clanfield

Today, I was out with Cllr Ted Fenton in Clanfield, an area which has been hugely impacted by flooding over the past few days.

Following my visit, I have now raised my concerns with Thames Water and OCC’s highways team to see what can be done to clear the surface water.

I am pleased that since my visit earlier today a gully emptier has now been dispatched to help clear the surface water.

However, I understand that residents will rightly remain hugely concerned about their homes and the inconvenience caused by the flooding, if anyone has any specific concerns they would like me to investigate please do not hesitate to get in touch – [email protected]
