The death of a child is the most devastating loss that can happen to any parent. Baby loss is often a hidden subject. Too many babies are being lost and too many parents are not receiving the support they need - both during and after pregnancy.
To mark Baby Loss Awareness Week, there was a debate last night in the House of Commons on this subject. I spoke in the debate to emphasise the need of more to be done to prevent baby loss, and support parents who suffered the death of a child.
